He lead his tribe of barbarians to worship Vorr and patterned his rule after the Barbarian Tyrant, until [[Tarnum]] showed him (with the help of the {{An|Pendant of Total Recall}}) where he went wrong. Tarnum showed his own crimes to Targor which brought the King to his knees and forced him to admit he was wrong. Targor told Vorr that he and his barbarian tribe would no longer obey his rule, which angered Vorr into killing him. Tarnum made a statue in the honor of his bravery.
