It's not always +6, but I don't know for sure what is the exact rule. It may be +4, before Terrain Penalty, but after effect of Logistic. I don't have fully patched version of Heroes, so if someone else verify it, please change article.

I made some tests, and here are results, how Stables change movement points:

19->23

20->24

26->30 (with Logistic)


It's not always +6, but I don't know for sure what is the exact rule. It may be +4, before Terrain Penalty, but after effect of Logistic. I don't have fully patched version of Heroes, so if someone else verify it, please change article.
