The Ancients are a futuristic race from the Heroes of Might and Magic and the Might and Magic universe.
They are thought to be present from the beginning of time. They were also the creators of the Heavenly Forges, technology that was lost a long time ago.
The Ancients used various races to populate Enroth, Axeoth and many others settings of the series. They also modified those worlds to better suit their purposes.
There are two important eras for the Ancients: Before the Silence (BS) and After the Silence (AS).
