'''Recommended for:''' Almost nobody. Sure, by the time you are level 22, you'll be about 3 levels ahead of a comparable hero, but those 3 levels will have been spent bringing Learning up to Expert!  Lots of Trees of Knowledge on the map make it even less worthwhile.

Learning skill is one of those secondary skills that have a good idea but the execution fails completely. The bonuses to experience are so miniscule, that while a hero without the skill would be at level 22, a hero with expert learning from the start would be at level 25. So basically, those three levels are the same levels needed for gaining the expert level on learning.
