Learning
Basic Learning: Basic learning increases a hero's earned experience by 5%.
Advanced Learning: Advanced learning increases a hero's earned experience by 10%.
Expert Learning: Expert learning increases a hero's earned experience by 15%.

Recommended for: Almost nobody. Sure, by the time you are level 22, you'll be about 3 levels ahead of a comparable hero, but those 3 levels will have been spent bringing Learning up to Expert! Lots of Trees of Knowledge on the map make it even less worthwhile.
