Loins of Legion is a minor class artifact equipped in the misc slot.
Increases your Town's Level 3 creature production by +4. Your hero has to equip it and be in Town (visiting or garrison) for the bonus to work.
Combine Legs, Loins, Torso, Arms and Head of Legion (Shadow of Death Expansion) to make Statue of Legion. (A very powerful creature production combination artifact).
