Biography

Moandor's charismatic style somehow stayed with him after he was transformed into a lich. Strangely enough, this provides him with the ability to lead and recruit new liches more effectively than any other hero.

Special Ability

Liches: Moandor increases the Attack and Defense skills of any Liches or Power Liches he commands for each level he attains after the 5th level.
