Pegasi are recruited in the Enchanted Spring.
Upgrading
Pegasi can be upgraded to Silver Pegasi for 25 gold per Pegasus.

Aeris the Druid has a specialty in Pegasi, which increases the attack and defense skills of any Pegasus or Silver Pegasus he commands for each level he attains after the 4th level.
