- Tested it out. It's capped at 12 market places, for buying and selling. Even with 48 cities that have Artifact Merchants.

Bug?
Seems there is a bug. When navigating through the backpack, the price to sell the artifact stays the same. This allows to sell cheap artifacts for a high price. Also the 5th misc slot is missing in complete version...
