It says "However, the number of skeletons harvested is subject to their health, which means that you will receive fewer skeleton warriors than skeletons, because skeleton warriors have more health points than skeletons."

However, both units have 6hp. This information is incorrect; however, necromancy does raise 2/3 its normal amount into skeletal warriors, should no slot be available.
