Shipyards allow Boats to be built.
Requires: Town Hall, and the town to be adjacent to Water.
Can only be built in Castle, Necropolis, Fortress and Conflux towns.
Cost: 2000 Gold and 20 Wood
Your hero may also find shipyards on the shoreline.
Boats cost 1000 Gold and 10 Wood.
