Pillar of Fire is an adventure map location, where a visiting hero can see "Distant Lands", as the description states. It means, that everything within a 20 square radius is revealed for the player. Even areas clouded by a Cover of Darkness will be revealed, though they will be overclouded again at the beginning of the next day. Pillar of Fire is basically an underground version of the Redwood Observatory, though it can be used above ground as well.
Maybe it will be enough just to give numbers of changed stats without extra creature templates. (And I'm not sure if the roe-ab growth is correct).

: That's fine by me. I would just put the See also at the bottom. Otherwise, I'll leave it up to your discretion. ―imahero 05:00, 20 May 2018 (CEST)
Additionally, Observation Tower in hota has a similar effect.

You discover a tall gaslight tower. You light it, which produces enough light to penetrate the subterranean darkness.

Additionally, Observation Tower in Horn of the Abyss Horn of the Abyss has a similar effect.
