Features

Armageddon's Blade is the first expansion to Heroes of Might and Magic III, and story-wise the last (not including the Template:Wog expansion). It is also the name of the first campaign in the expansion, Armageddon's Blade (Campaign), (see below), and the name of an artifact: Armageddon's Blade (Artifact).

It includes a new town type, two new artifacts, a few extra story heroes and 29 new creatures, whereas 14 belongs to the new town. Also adds new maps and 6 new campaigns.

Creatures

Some of these creatures I think you could ecounter as neutral enemies in Heroes of Might and Magic III: Restoration of Erathia, but in Armageddon's Blade you were allowed to buy them and upgrade them too.

Two of the new heroes, Gelu and Dracon, has the special skill to "create" respectivly Sharpshooters and Enchanters. For Sharpshooters, this is done by double-clicking on any Wood Elves/Grand Elves or Archers/Marksmen in Gelu's army and clicking the "Upgrade" button. Dracon can upgrade Magi/Arch Magi and Monks/Zealots to Enchanters by the same method.
