The leading council for the Druids in Antagarich. It is their job to approve the vows of prospective druids.

Trivia

  • It is possible, though not confirmed, that this council represents druids beyond Antagarich as well. Its mention New Beginning does not limit it to this continent, and there are druids in other lands, particularly in Enroth.
