'''Lord Haart''' is one of the [[Knight]]s of [[Castle town|Castle]] in {{roe}} and one of the [[Death Knight]]s of [[Necropolis town|Necropolis]] in {{ab}} and {{sod}}. This is true also in the [[map types]], and therefore in AB and SoD maps Lord Haart is by default a Death Knight. In AB, [[Sir Mullich]] replaces him as one of the eight Knights.

Lord Haart was a high noble Lord of Erathia, he belonged to the highest elite millitary army of Erathia known as the Royal Erathian Millitary Command, serving under orders of Gen. Morgan Kendal and King Nicolas Gryphonheart, proving to them his ''loyality'' over the empire of Erathia in the past. In {{roe}} [[campaign]] Lord Haart was involved in necromancers plot to poison [[King Nicholas Gryphonheart]] and raised as a [[Lich]]. Later, when the [[Lich King]] escapes the control of the necromancers and they seek [[Erathia]]'s help to destroy the monster they created, Lord Haart is called upon, unaware that his betrayal of the crown is known to Nicholas' heir, [[Catherine]]. He is brought along only so that the king may avenge himself before being put to rest.

Royal Erathian Military Command

The Royal Erathian Millitary Command was the highest Royal Elite Erathian Special Forces Unit-Army, that served under the leaderships of King Nicolas Gryphonheart and General Morgan Kendal, who was also it's leader. This term REMC used to refer to all echelons of the military of the kingdom of Erathia in Antagarich. It was headquartered at Castle Gryphonheart in Steadwick. By writ of law, it would assume provisional control of the kingdom in the event of a regicide without a suitable heir.[1]

The Command's upper tier was composed of a small union of the kingdom of Erathia's greatest generals and heroes, active during and before the Restoration Wars. Its leader at this time was General Morgan Kendal. Though composed primarily of Erathians, it also recruited skilled foreign military experts from Enroth, AvLee and Bracada.[1]

The only known point at which the Command ever assumed control of Erathia was directly after the death of King Nicolas Gryphonheart in 1164 AS. Eventually, it was discovered that one of its own members, Lord Haart, had been responsible for the King's murder.

'''Erathia''' is the country around which most of the campaigns in Heroes 3 with expansions center. Ruled by [[Catherine|Catherine Ironfist (Gryphonheart)]]. Erathia is represented by [[Castle]]s. Sometimes, Erathia is used for the continent the campaigns take place on as well, though most of the time it is refered to as [[Antagarich]]. The capital of Erathia is [[Steadwick]].

The nation was founded by Rion Gryphonheart during his uprising against the Barbarian King [[Tarnum]]. The throne remained in the hands of the Gryphonheart dynasty until [[Catherine|Queen Catherine]] married [[Roland|Roland Ironfist]] of [[Enroth]]. Queen Catherine Ironfist(Gryphonheart) unfortunettly stepped down of the Queen of Erathia, during the final events of Armageddon's Blade, therefore she no longer had authority to command her father's kingdom. Later, howewer the throne fell to Gen. Morgan Kendal, the highest General of Erathia and the commander of the Royal Erathian Millitary Command who he also assumed the throne, after the murder of King Nicolas Gryphonheart. The entire Erathia was ruled, commanded and lead by General Morgan Kendal who later became a regent and was also the last ruler of the kingdom of Erathia.

He rejected the warriors art's and turned to magic. Most likely that would mean that his father was a powerfull Dungeon Overlord of Nighon. He seek to obtain the Vial of Dragon Blood and was the greatest enemy and challenger of Mutare, who later beat Ordwald to the Vial, drinked from it becoming a sentient Dragon. Ordwald later informed other power hungry Lord's of Nighon, some of them where Lord Caomhan and Lord Preuet, along with other unknown ones that if they could drink Mutare's blood(after becoming dragon) that they would turn into a dragon themselves. In the end he was overpowered and kiled by the Dragon-Lady Mutare, along with his lackeys Lord Caomhan and Lord Preuet. He was the lord and ruler of his kingdom, his land's which held a great and probably most richest part of Nighon, which he inherited from his father.

Status: Dead-As of Dragon's Blood.

Occupation: De facto-Ruler of Nighon, One of the Lord's of Nighon.

Odd's: Ordwald is actually a Druid in the game, where it is impossible as Druid's belong to AvLee not Nighon. Most likely becuase of the specialty spell Slayer, as it is a great handicap spell for Dragon's, Hydras and Behemoth's. Most likely for a battle against Dragon's. He is based on another hero, Coronius(who is a Druid).

After his failed attempt to counquer Erathia, he was blinded by King Rion Gryphonheart who send him back to the Underworld. Since then his control has weakened greately, but despite his blindness none of the Demons have dared to challenge him in fear of his still overwhelming powers. After making an alligence with Tarnum, Queen Alison and their army, after recieving the Pendant of Second Sight curing his blindness, enabling him to see again, after telling them the location of the Demon Jorm who kidnaped Rion Gryphonheart's sould from Paradise, Duke Deezelisk betraid Tarnum and his army and ordered his armies to kidnapp Alison to his torture chambers for getting back at Rion Gryphonheart for blinding him. Deezelisk's armies kiled Tarnum, but Tarnum returned due to his role as the immortal hero, after rescuing Rion Gryphonheart's soul, he gathered an army defeated the Duke's Demon armies and kiled Duke Deezelisk freeing Queen Alison from her prison.

Death Kiss is the capital city of Nighon, but was first only a subterranean city where Mutare had her throne and first ruled there as a Nighon Lady making through the ranks of Nighon Lord's and later after killing her greatest enemy Ordwald(the most powerfull and oldest Lord of Nighon), rulling there as the Queen of Nighon. After slaying him in cold blood, Mutare took over Ordwald's lands and returned to her seat in Death Kiss after being turned into a dragon, from drinking the Vial od Dragonblood, where she was releaved saying in the epilogue narrative:"Ordwald is dead. His lackeys are dead. Their lands and riches belong to me. Soon, all of Nighon will belong to me."

He lead his tribe of barbarians to worship Vorr, until Tarnum showed him with the help of the Pendant of Total Recall where he went wrong, showing him his own crimes bringing the King to his knees admiting he was wrong and abonded Vorr telling him he and his barbarian tribe will no longer obbay his rule, angering Vorr so that he kills him. Tarnum made a gravestone in the honor of his bravery.

Vorr, the insane is a mad war god and one of the Ancestors, who has gone insane with power. He appears in The World Tree and in The Fiery Moon, which was a direct sequel to The World Tree. Vorr made an alliance with the Necromancers and numerous Barbians as his followers and also made a pact with Demonic Kreegans and Elementals of the Fiery Moon where he kidnaped and imprisoned the other two Ancestors. A leader of one of the Barbarian tribes, King Targor worshiped Vorr but was later abonded and kiled by the all powerfull demi-god Vorr after Tarnum showed him the truth with the help of the Pendant of Total Recall, what he himself had commited. Although King Targor's barbarian tribe began to follow Tarnum, other tribes still worshiped Vorr. From all of the enemies Tarnum has faced, Vorr was probably the most powerfull, distructive and difficult one for him to defeat.

== Comments & debate ==
General Kendal is only a scenario hero, and though not playable in custom made maps. He is based on another hero, most likely [[Lord Haart]]. However, his portairt is available in map editor and can be chosen if a custom hero is created on the map. The portrait works fine with using only {{roe}} version of the game, but in {{ab}} and {{sod}} addons General Kendal's portrait is named differently. This causes [[Thunar]]'s portrait to show up instead of General Kendal's. After King Gryphonheart's murder, he became later regent and the ruler of the entire Erathia.

Nighon is located on a cavernous island to the southeast of the [[Antagarich]] mainland. It is extended by a complex network of twisted subterranean tunnels, which go under most of the continent. It is represented by [[Dungeon]]s. It was ruled by Queen Mutare, it's capital was Death Kiss where she first ruled and later became the Dragonqueen of Nighon after drinking from the Vial of Dragons Blood.
