IMO it was there, bcoz [[Luck_(skill)]] has that horseshoe which associates with Rampart horses somehow ({{Hn|Melodia}} specializes in [[Image:Specialty_Fortune_small.png]] Fortune)

And [[Resistance]] which is {{Cn|Dwarf}}s and {{Cn|Unicorn}}s Special ability with Heroes {{Hn|Thorgrim}}, {{Hn|Ufretin}} and {{Hn|Clancy}}

:How does a horseshoe relate to Ramapart, I did not get that? :) There is a vague relation with luck, as the Rampart's grail building also gives luck and many of the Rampart heroes have luck as a strating skill. In the same sense Leadership relates to Castle (grail building, starting skills). In conclusion, I am willing to admit, that Rampart have some links to Luck, but not enought to say that Luck as Secondary Skill is somehow related to an entire Town.
