== Geography ==
* Iranese: The continent where the survivors of the Reckoning arrived.
** Palaedra: Located along the shores of Brystol Sea. Founded by the refugees from [[Erathia]]. Ruled by {{H|Lysander|noname=}} [[Lysander]]
** Barbarian Kingdoms/Tribal Lands: An unnamed mountainous region where the few survivors from [[Krewlod]] and [[Tatalia]] settled. They nearly drove themselves to extinction but were saved with the help of {{H|Waerjak|noname=}} [[Waerjak]] and {{H|Tarnum (Barbarian)|noname=}} [[Tarnum]].
** Great Arcan: Originally founded by Emilia Nighthaven and Tharj Orcsplitter as a safe haven for scattered survivors of the Reckoning. Attempted to be conquered by {{H|Gavin Magnus|noname=}} [[Gavin Magnus]] and {{H|Solmyr|noname=}} [[Solmyr|Solmyr ibn Wali Barad]], but they were defeated.
** Aranorn: Founded by the refugees from [[AvLee]].
** Nekross: A kingdom formed by Gauldoth Half-Dead in an alliance with [[Kreegan]]s.
** The Wheel: An isolationist nation near Palaedra that refuses to accept its rule.

* Lodwar: The setting of ''Heroes of Might and Magic IV: The Gathering Storm''. The continent is threatened by a mad wizard named Hexis, whose experiments with dark magic could end all life.

* Rysh: A continent in the northern hemisphere. Chedian, a series of large islands just east of Rysh, is the setting setting of ''Might and Magic IX'', the game also involving the eastern coast of the mainland. 

* Channon: A wealthy kingdom on an unnamed continent that is under siege by all five of its neighbors. It is the central conflict of ''Heroes of Might and Magic IV: Winds of War''.
