He believes he has found a way to construct a necromancy suppressing artifact, but to do this he needs three lesser artifacts:  an [[Amulet of the Undertaker]], a [[Vampire's Cowl]] and a pair of [[Dead Man's Boots]].  [[Sandro]] offered me more gold to find the other two artifacts once I locate the Amulet.}}
