== Creature articles – together or separately? ==
Perhaps the first thing I did for this wiki was to unite basic and upgraded creature articles. For example, Pikeman and Halberdier became Pikeman/Halberdier, then Pikeman and halberdier and finally I am moving them to Pikeman and Halberdier. Now, I've begun to wonder if the merging was a good idea afterall. Of course there are some pros and cons in both choices. For example, one often needs the infromation about same level creatures simultaneously (IMO). But now with all the comparison options, like [[Castle creatures]] or [[List of creatures]], I think that feature has become somewhat useless. The needed information can be found elsewhere if not from the combined creature page. What do you think? ::Furthermore I'd like to see dwellings and their creatures in one article (just not sure then what the page name should be). I don't see a point to separate similar things in separate pages. And wiki that way looks more simple for typical users.<br>I have noticed most users looks for Adventure map object here so would be a good idea to hurry those pictures upload. :::I am not sure that simpler names for creature pages is a good idea. I agree, that the names are a bit difficult, but I do not see any difference moving them under simpler names, e.g. "Griffin and Royal Griffin" to just "Griffins". We would still have to use those directs to guide people to the right page, because people will search infromation with the word "griffin" or "royal griffin".  The only thing that would make a difference, is that we would separate those to under their real names, which would eliminate the need of redirects.

:::I see your point in uniting "Griffin and Royal Griffin" and "Griffin Tower" articles. They both contain information that are closely related. However, perhaps the solution could be to make town pages (e.g. [[Fortress town]]) the palce where all infromation comes together. :::::I agree, the creature article names are ''"long and diffcult"'' as you said. But I do not think easier code writing is a reason to shorten them. :) I myself have wanted more than once to take shortcuts with codes! I just think "long and diffcult" is better than "short and wrong". ;) And I do emphasize the smiley at this point. 

:::::After thinkin a few days this uniting thing, I have come to see your side of it better and better. I mean there is not much else to say about the creatures than the basic stats (and perhaps some manua descripton), and everything essential fits into the infobox. Same goes with building articles. The only problem I have is what should we call those articles. I do not think general names like "Griffins" is standard enough. We will face difficulties naming article like "Pikeman and Halberdier" or "Giant and Titan". Surely "Griffin and Royal Griffin and their creature dwelling Griffin Tower" is...well, just impossible. ;D Perhaps the logical choice would be to keep the current names but make redirects for creature dwellings. After all, the creatures are at the center of the game.
