Editing Aliant council

Part of the leadership of [[Aliant]]. When [[Alanna]] (the daughter of [[Mayor Alan]]) was found murdered outside of the council meeting hall, [[Mayor Alan]] attempted to arrest and execute the other council members (though they denied this charge). Most of the council fled to [[Vissias]] and begged for sanctuary, which the [[Vissians]] granted. This brought [[Aliant]] to an armed conflict with [[Vissias]], which ultimately led to the [[Day of Fire]].
