This artifact is a common candidate for [[artifact juggling]] as the movement benefit is gained at the start of every turn, and irrelevant to other aspects of gameplay. It is one of the most sought-after artifacts in the game, as movement points are a critical key to winning on Heroes 3 maps of all sizes.
