'''Event''' is an invisible [[adventure map]] object, that is triggered when a hero enters the [[square]]. The map-maker can set the event to be triggered only by computer players, only by human players, or by both of them. It can also be set, that only a certain [[Kingdom|player]] may trigger it. Additionally, the event can be canceled after a hero first time triggers it, or it can be triggered unlimited times. However, if the event contains any guardians, they will not be reset.

* Learn [[spell]]s
* Receive [[creature]]s

It should be noted, that if a hero has empty secondary skill slots left, he will learn any secondary skill; even if it is restricted from his hero class. Spells learned from events require a corresponding level of [[wisdom]] and a [[spell book]] for a hero to learn them.
The mapmaker can set:
*the players that may trigger the event
*whether a computer player may trigger the event
