Sometimes {{hc}} is considered to be an expansion, although it is more aimed as an introduction for beginners to the Heroes of Might and Magic -series. The Heroes of Might and Magic III ''Complete'' is a collection, that inculded the original Restoration of Erathia game and both expansions Armageddon's Blade and Shadow of Death.


On October 2, 2000, ''Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete'' was released. It allows installation of both the original and its expansions in a single package.
