An arbiter of the dispute between [[AvLee]] and [[Erathia]] over [[Harmondale]] featured in {{mm7}}. Although he doesn't particularly care who wins, if he is given [[Gryphonheart's Trumpet]], he will help [[Harmondale]] become an independent state.

He dies of a heart attack a few months into the conflict, leaving the player to choose his replacement: {{Hn|Judge Fairweather|0=}} or {{Hn|Judge Sleen|0=}}.
