| A simple tactic, in which a hero with good magical capabilities and knowledge of the [[Armageddon]] spell uses a force composed of any combination [[Black Dragon]]s, [[Gold Dragon]]s, [[Phoenix]]es, [[Magic Elemental]]s, [[Fire Elemental]]s, [[Magma Elemental]]s, [[golems]] and [[Efreet]]i. Every non-trivial fight, the Hero casts Armageddon, damaging his enemy while his own units are unhurt because they are immune or highly [[Magic Resistance|resistant]] to the effects. For this to be successful, the force should include Phoenixes, Efreeti or either Dragon, both to ensure high [[speed]] and therefore high initiative and to be able to handle enemy units immune to Armageddon. Can get real nasty if the Hero gets his hands on the [[Shackles of War]], but can backfire if the enemy hero has the [[Orb of Vulnerability]].
