A legendary lich pirate captain. Guardian of the island of Cursed Bone. Mentioned in a rumor in A Friendly Visit.

This is an homage to a very old version of HotA story, where instead of the Plane of Water, Bidley would turn up on an island of undead pirates led by Captain Skull. It also featured a special undead pirate unit. This storyline was eventually scrapped and replaced by the released story.
