Fountain of Fortune is a name for a special building of Rampart towns as well as an Adventure Map location.
In Rampart fountain of fortune gives +2 to luck for the hero defending the town. As an Adventure Map location, Fountain of Fortune gives random amount (from -1 to +3) of luck for the visiting hero until next battle.
