I noticed that the reduction of 2 points does not apply to dimension door and town portal spells.
- My guess would be that it only applies to combat spells Ibraesil (talk) 14:28, 26 October 2015 (CET)

Does un-upgraded Magi really have the no Obstacle Penalty?
What title says, are there any proof for that or is it false information?
