Dwarves and Battle Dwarves are level 2 creatures of rampart town. They are recruited from Dwarf Cottage.
Because of their slowness, dwarves are perhaps best used to defend ranged attackers. Battle Dwarves have greater mobility and are more versatile. Dwarves and Battle Dwarves have, respectively, a 20% and 40% resistance to magic which gives them a chance to ignore the effects of hostile spell attacks.
Heroes with a Dwarf specialty
Ranger Ufretin gives Dwarves and Battle Dwarves that he commands a speed bonus of 1, and increases their Attack and Defense skills after the 2nd level.
