Lets your hero jump to an unoccupied land square on the Adventure Map within 9 squares in any direction, including diagonally. Spell can only be cast if the hero also has the required movement points available.
Target destinations may include locations still hidden in the shroud. If the destination is a water location, the spell fails and the attempt is lost along with the mana and movement points spent. Other invalid destinations, such as those already containing objects, will cause the Dimension Door targeting cursor to change back to the arrow cursor; this can provide the player with limited information about the territory concealed by the shroud.
Dimension Door can be cast if the hero is in a Boat, but the spell will fail, and the attempt will be lost along with the mana and movement points.
Beware: The AI can cast Dimension Door while standing on Cursed Ground!
