My New Proposed Policy
Capitalized/Title Case
- acronyms (RoE, AB, SoD, HotA)
- companies (New World Computing, The 3DO Company, Ubisoft)
- heroes (Caitlin, Solmyr, Dessa)
- pages (Main Page, List of Creatures, Did You Know)
- places (Erathia, Bracada, Krewlod)
Lowercase
- buildings (village hall, town hall, city hall, capitol, fort, citadel, castle, tavern)
- classes (alchemist, battle mage)
- creatures (angel, archangel)
- individual terms (hero, experience points, spell points, movement points)
- primary skills (attack, defense, knowledge, power)
- spells (haste, magic arrow, chain lightning)
- war machines (catapult, ballista, first aid tent, ammo cart)

The capitalization in the manuals is so wonky and inconsistent I really want to just throw it out and stick to proper language (only capitalizing proper nouns and words that are in actual titles (and only the first word of a sentence)). - I'm up for debate on section headings. Wikipedia considers them the same as sentences with only the first letter being capitalized. I think I might be OK with title case on section headings though. 08:30, 17 May 2021 (UTC)
