tested in SoD + HD mod
Wyvern Monarchs x20 (Att: 14, Def: 14, Dmg: 18-22, bas. Bless) vs. Ancient Behemoths (Def: 19)
28 att. hero = 42 attack = 946 damage
exp. frenzy = 14(42) attack = 429 damage => real attack: 18
14 att. hero = 28 attack = 638 damage
bas. frenzy = 14(28) attack = 407 damage => real attack: 16
