Not sure we should remove Thorgrim from the hota list since he hasn't been deleted from hota. Not sure we should remove Thorgrim from the hota list since he hasn't been deleted from hota. He's just been relegated to Catherine/Roland status (must be enabled in the map editor) and we still show Catherine/Roland in the list of heroes.
