Psychic Elemental is recruited in Altar of Thought.
Upgrading
Can be upgraded to Magic Elemental for 50 gold per Psychic Elemental.
Strategy
Essentially a weaker version of the Hydra, Psychic Elementals will do the most damage when surrounded by enemies.
