This spell is added to the hero's spell book as long as the combination artifact Titan's Thunder is equipped. Titan's Lightning Bolt has no spell point cost and does 600 damage to the target (25 less damage than using the most powerful damaging Earth Magic spell Implosion on just basic skill but available with 7 Spell Power with a hefty mana pool reduction of 30 points per usage) , regardless of the hero's Spell Power or level of expertise with Air Magic.
