Story
Voy does not appear in the story text of any campaign levels.
Horn of the Abyss
In Horn of the Abyss, Kinkeria replaces Voy on maps without water.
Specialty
Unlike the most secondary skill specialties, Navigation does not increase the secondary skill bonus effects. It depends on the base amount of the hero's movement at sea (1500) and provides extra 75 movement points on water per level (5% of 1500). So neither SoD ("5% per level bonus to Navigation skill percentage") nor HotA ("5% per level bonus to movement points at sea") specialty descriptions are correct.
