There are plans for switching Factory's alignment to Good, that's why it is reasonable to make some preparations for it, such as changing of town matrix - a column for each alignment.

Example:

{Castle - Fortress - Inferno} {Tower - Stronghold - Necropolis} {Rampart - Conflux - Dungeon} {Factory - Cove - Empty for evil-aligned faction}
