Are there any cases where we would want non-shiny versions if we have shiny versions? Do all artifacts have shiny animations or is it just the relics? →ima 12:22, 25 May 2021 (UTC)

OK, I guess there could be occasions where a static image would work better. But I think most of the time, if we have a shiny we should use it instead. →ima 12:25, 25 May 2021 (UTC)
