Difficulty 3: Hard - The player and the computer start with the same resources, and the computer plays to the best of its ability.

Parameters:

  • name= Scenario name
  • size= Size category (S, M, L, XL, H, XH, or G)
  • underground= either "enabled" or "disabled"; defaults to "enabled"
  • description= Scenario description text.
  • victory= Victory conditions. Existing icons, with default in bold:
    • Accumulate Creatures
    • Accumulate Resources
    • Acquire Artifact
    • Build a Grail Structure
    • Capture Town
    • Defeat All Enemies
    • Defeat All Monsters
    • Defeat Hero
    • Defeat Monster
    • Flag All Creature Dwellings
    • Flag All Mines
    • Survive Until Time Expires
    • Transport Artifact
    • Upgrade Town
  • loss= Loss conditions. Existing icons, with default in bold:
    • Lose All Your Towns and Heroes
    • Lose Hero
    • Lose Town
    • Time Expires
  • allies= list of allied colors. (There's always at least the player's own color.)
  • enemies= list of enemy colors. (This can actually be blank in some maps.)
  • bonus= the two or three available bonus items
  • difficulty= the default difficulty level for this map. Defaults to Hard, the middle level.
