You trip over the Angelic Alliance, dust it off, and stick it in your pack.

Angelic Alliance is a relic class combination artifact and is equipped in the weapon slot. Combination artifacts were first added in the Shadow of Death expansion.

In addition to the regular bonuses (a total of +21 to all primary skills), the Angelic Alliance allows each army of player to mix creatures from towns of good and neutral Alignment still having +1 morale bonus, as if they were from one faction. The effect does not work for Conflux (fixed in Horn of the AbyssHorn of the Abyss. Note that neutral creatures do not count as neutrally aligned. At the beginning of each combat (when a creature stack first becomes active), the Angelic Alliance will cast Expert Prayer for 10 rounds. Angelic Alliance gives the highest boosts to primary skills out of any combination artifact in the game, handily outclassing even Power of the Dragon Father despite filling fewer artifact slots (6, as opposed to 9 for Power of the Dragon Father).

If an evil alignment creature appears in the army of a hero who has Angelic Alliance, morale penalty for mixing units from different good and neutral towns is still neglected. Unless having other events which change morale, if there are evil units from one type of town (Inferno or Dungeon), it will be neutral (as if there were units from two factions), and if there are units from both Inferno and Dungeon, morale will be -1 (as if there were units from three towns). Necropolis creatures give additional morale penalty for having undead in the army: without Inferno or Dungeon units morale will be -1, with creatures from one of these towns it will be -2, and if all evil factions are mixed in the army together with good or neutral ones, morale will be -3 even despite the hero has Angelic Alliance (4 factions + undead).

Horn of the Abyss

Mixed towns morale penalty removal effect is now working for Conflux and Cove units. The Horn of the Abyss  Horn of the Abyss developers believed this was something that needed to be fixed, so they edited settings for Angelic Alliance in this way.
