Boots of Polarity is a relic class artifact equipped in the feet slot. When equipped, the boots increase hero's magic resistance skill by 15%. It should be noted, that boots increase magic resistance whether or not the hero has resistance secondary skill.

You cannot purchase relic artifacts in Artifact Merchants.
