The beginning of sentences and titles should always be capitalized. Otherwise we have decided to follow the manual as written by the game designers.
To help in the creation of this reference we can use the word list and if something is unclear, we'll need to check the manuals to see the context and decide if it has been most consistently used as a proper noun or not.
