Basic Interference: lowers the power skill of the enemy hero by 10% in combat.
Advanced Interference: lowers the power skill of the enemy hero by 20% in combat.
Expert Interference: lowers the power skill of the enemy hero by 30% in combat.

Interference is a secondary skill that lowers the power of the enemy hero. Clerics, Druids, Elemantalists, Heretics, Necromancers, Warlocks, Witches and Wizards cannot learn Interference.
