Scouting increase your Scouting Range

Recommended for: Secondary Heroes, esp. ones who have/are likely to also get some travel skills (Logistics/Pathfinding/Navigation) and/or the scouting artifacts (Speculum/Spyglass), or against Necromancers harassing you with the Cover of Darkness.
