Does difficulty level affect skills you earn?

I wanna finish four first Shadow of Death campaigns on easiest level (have passed them all previously, just figured out, that heroes qualify for the final campaign), but I am afraid that heroes will get skills like Eagle Eye or Scouting, and spells like Sorrow or Magic Mirror.--Dread Knight (talk) 14:57, 13 August 2021 (UTC)

*feeling relief* I don't have time to think on strategy (Gem and Crag Hack have campaigns rather tough), but cheating will lead to - a) random secondary skills, b) absence of spells.--Dread Knight (talk) 15:32, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
