The Water Elemental Conflux is a dwelling for Water Elementals.

Was introduced in Restoration of Erathia as a neutral creature dwelling and its functions were doubled later by Conflux town's Altar of Water in Shadow of Death.

Gives +1 weekly town growth bonus to Water/Energy Elementals in towns.
