Allows you to learn higher level spells
Strongly Recommended for: Just about any Hero, except maybe for strong might Heroes who have lucked across the Orb of Inhibition or the Recanter's Cloak...
A hero normally learns spells up to the level his Wisdom skill allows. The exception is if he already specializes in a spell that is above his starting level of Wisdom.
