Optimize sacrifice with resurrection spell.
'''Optimize Resurrection spell with Sacrifice spell.'''

The table below presents some concrete cases. By having a power of 99, with 5510 peasants, you will resurrect 527 azure dragons (you will then be able to resurrect the peasants). It therefore takes 10 peasants to resurrect 1 azure dragon. The greater the difference between the "replaceable" creature's power and life, the greater the resurrection. The mana cost is also lower between 1 sacrifice and 1 resurrection compared to 3 resurrections from greenscreen images.

Sacrifice is a 5th level spell in the School of Fire Magic. The spell destroys (sacrifices) the target living troop in order to resurrect creatures of another stack back to life. The other stack must be receptive to the Resurrection spell. A sacrificed stack leaves an empty hex on the battlefield without anything to be resurrected or summoned as Demons, i.e. without leaving a corpse for any uses.

Creatures immune to Sacrifice (or resurrection via Sacrifice):

Some may find the information in this section subjective or irrelevant.

Typically, it is better to sacrifice a troop with a greater number of creatures than a troop with the same total health but fewer units.

Optimize Resurrection spell with Sacrifice spell.

(*)NOTE: All hit point restored is calculated based on:

  • Expert proficiency in earth
  • Basic proficiency in fire
  • For Dragon, hero has Orb of Vulnerability
  • Equation of resurrection spell: healed = 160 + power x 50
  • Equation of sacrifice spell healed = n x power + ( n - 1 ) x health + current_health + n x 3

Optimize sacrifice with Archangel and clone spell.

(*)NOTE: All hit point restored is calculated based on:

  • Expert proficiency in water (archangel can be cloned)
  • Basic proficiency in fire
  • For Dragon, hero has Orb of Vulnerability
  • Equation of archangel capacity: healed = number x 100
  • Equation of sacrifice spell healed = n x power + ( n - 1 ) x health + current_health + n x 3
  • (example) With 2 Archangel and 200 Peasant, Hero can resurrect 1 Azure Dragon.
