From The Heroes of Might and Magic III wiki
The Library enables the Tower town's Mage Guild to contain an extra spell per level. Provided that the appropriate level of the Mage Guild is built, it makes it possible to get:
- Six First Level Spells
- Five Second Level Spells
- Four Third Level Spells
- Three Fourth Level Spells
- Two Fifth Level Spells
Cost: 2000 Gold, 5 Wood, Ore, Gems, Crystal, Mercury and Sulfur.
