Trivia
*Josephine has golems as a specialty.
In one of the ab teasers, the Ogre was shown shooting a beam of energy from his staff towards a Dendroid. The reason for that is because the teaser animations were already done and were supposed to show a Stinger or Bruiser instead, the Forge version of the Ogre, which bore a rocket launcher or Bazooka. However, due to fan backlash, they had to change the Forge creatures into "regular" creatures, and so the teaser became somewhat off-topic with ranged Goblins, a Minotaur and an Ogre guarding the Varn Vault where the Armageddon's Blade was kept.

Golem is a definition for creatures that are considered to be non-living animated statues, and who share similar characteristics. There are no official definition for golems, and in fact the manuals only refers to golems as a group while stating that they have neutral morale and immunity to poison. However, there are also other immunities to creatures' special abilities and spells that are common to all golems. Stone and Obsidian Gargoyles, as well as Crystal Dragons have very similar traits and description as golems, but in the previously stated reasons are not considered to be golems. However, like golems, Stone and Obsidian Gargoyles are non-living creatures. Based on the common characteristics, the only creatures considered to be golems are the following.
